Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and overseeing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning across the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Note: Local Candidates from Surat are more preferable. It's a work-from-office opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities (70%):
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and update job descriptions.
Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Coordinate performance reviews and assist with HR policy implementation.
Manage internship programs and coordinate campus hiring activities.
Administrative Responsibilities (30%):
Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Ensure timely maintenance of office infrastructure and manage petty cash.
Maintain attendance records and provide inputs for payroll processing.
Coordinate travel arrangements, event setups, and other administrative needs.
Support compliance with office policies and assist with audit documentation.
Key Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Familiarity with recruitment portals and HRMS tools
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Multi-tasking is a must.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment and office administration
Prior IT-HR experience preferred
