Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Prepare offer letters, maintain employee records, and coordinate induction programs.
Handle payroll support, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) and maintain HR documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree / MBA in HR preferred.
1–3 years’ HR experience (freshers with internships can apply).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
