Manage calendar and diary for senior management, including meetings, appointments, and deadlines
Coordinate and prepare presentations, reports, and briefing notes
Record and circulate minutes of meetings (MoM) and track action items
Plan and coordinate frequent travel (local and outstation), including itineraries, tickets, accommodation, and logistics
Accompany senior management on travel, meetings, and business engagements when required
Act as a key liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders
Ensure seamless coordination and collaboration across teams
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (especially PowerPoint)
Ability to work flexibly and manage changing schedules
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior leadership preferred
Willingness and flexibility for frequent travel
