BUSINESS PROCESS ASSOSIATE A Job Specification 1 Company Name : Muthoot Fincorp Limited 2 Position / Designation : Business Process Associate– Secured & Unsecured Lending Business 3 Grade : JM 1 4 Employment Type : All Employment Type 5 Reporting to – Designation & Grade : Zonal Sales Manager – Secured & Unsecured Lending Business 6 No. of Reportees, Designation & Grade : NIL 7 Main Tasks & Areas of Responsibility : Coordinating with Business and HR team on recruitment Coordinating for Candidate interviews Keep track of the candidates from recruitment to onboarding. Maintain recruitment MIS Publish weekly Staffing report – Budget Vs Onboard-GAP 10 Job Location / State : All States 11 Compensation Band : As per policy 12 Entitlements : As per policy 13 Stake Holders : HR/SULB Team 14 Career Progression : B 15 Educational Qualification / Technical Certification : Any UG/PG or MBA 17 Communication Skills : Excellent communication Skills – English language fluency - both verbal and written 18 Experience : 2 to 4 years’ Experience 19 Behavioral Competencies : MIS, Ability to work stretch/multi-Tasking. 20 Other Requirements (If any) : -
