Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Vishakhapatnam.
Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with proper etiquette and professionalism.
Maintain and update records, databases, and Excel sheets accurately.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support the executive team with administrative and coordination tasks.
Ensure effective internal communication and office organization.
Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Administrative Assistance or Executive Assistance
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
12th pass or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred)
