Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
Handle front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Ensure reception area is clean and organized
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Coordinate office supplies and vendor management
Support day-to-day office operations
Assist in preparing reports and MIS
Handle internal coordination between departments
Recruitment & HR Support
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment tracker
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
