We are looking for Associate Executive Admin for Indore location.

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise in cleaning and general maintenance of the office

Visitors Handling .

Maintaining all the registers & Finance Files -like Inward-outward registers- courier, material, employee attendance, visitor register, UPS reports & Gate pass file etc.

It is mandatory to make an entry to in /out ward and all other register & files.

New Join Requirement & F&F Employee Details

Coordinating with all the departments

Events Management / Support HR Department in Events or Employee Engagement Activities

CCTV Monitoring , Keys Maintaining , Emergency Contact Details and Sigma vendor details

Maintaining Access card & ID card Details

All other Administrative Work

Finance Related & - HR related works

Responsible for incoming and outgoing calls

Maintaining Stationery-Order,issue & stock Details, First Aid kit

It is mandatory to make an entry to in /out ward and all other register & files.

Video Call with different teams every Saturday for office visit
