1)Prepare sales quotations and send to clients via email in a timely and professional manner.
2)Coordinate packing and forwarding of materials and ensure proper documentation for dispatch.
3)Responsible for preparing and maintaining all daily, weekly, and monthly production reports as required by management.
4)Exhibit and maintain company products and materials in the office display/exhibition area for client visits and internal reviews.
5)Act as liaison with salespersons – follow up regularly regarding submitted quotations, order status, and client feedback.
6)Maintain accurate records of communications, quotations submitted, and responses received.
7)Support management in general administrative duties such as filing, reporting, and office coordination tasks.
Desired Skills
8)Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi as required)
9)Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email correspondence.
