Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee grievances, resolving workplace conflicts, and acting as a bridge between management and staff to foster a positive environment.
Policy & Compliance:
Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures, and ensuring all activities comply with labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
Overseeing performance appraisal systems and assisting with employee development plans and training programs to drive performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administering employee benefit programs, managing payroll, and maintaining leave management systems.
Employee Engagement:
Planning and executing activities and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and engagement.
HR Administration:
Maintaining accurate employee records, generating HR reports, and managing HR department operations and budgets.
