Key Responsibilities
1. Site Administration
Manage overall site administrative activities including office setup, housekeeping, and facility management.
Ensure availability of office supplies, stationery, and site utilities.
Maintain proper records of visitors, site staff, and movement register.
2. Employee & Labour Coordination
Maintain attendance records of site staff and workers.
Coordinate joining formalities and documentation for new employees at site.
Support HR department with employee records, ID cards, and compliance documentation.
3. Accommodation & Logistics
Arrange and manage staff accommodation, transportation, and meals for project personnel.
Coordinate travel bookings, vehicle arrangements, and site transportation.
Maintain records of guest house and staff camp facilities.
4. Vendor & Service Coordination
Coordinate with local vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, security, and other services.
Maintain vendor bills and submit them to accounts department for processing.
Ensure timely maintenance of office equipment, vehicles, and site facilities.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain site administrative records, files, and registers.
Prepare daily/weekly administrative reports for Project Manager and Head Office.
Maintain records related to site manpower, assets, and inventory.
6. Compliance & Coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and site rules.
Coordinate with local authorities, government offices, and service providers when required.
Support management during site audits and inspections.
7. Support to Project Team
Provide administrative support to Project Manager, Engineers, and Site Staff.
Assist in organizing meetings, training programs, and site events.
Coordinate communication between Head Office and Site Team.
Key Skills
