We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin cum Call Support Executive to handle administrative responsibilities along with inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will support day-to-day office operations while managing customer/student/vendor communications effectively.
Handle daily office administration tasks
Maintain records, files, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Manage data entry and report preparation
Support HR and accounts with basic coordination work
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, lead generation, or service updates
Provide accurate information about company services/products
Maintain call logs and update CRM/records
Follow up with prospects and convert leads (if applicable)
Good communication skills (English & regional language preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
Any graduate / PUC with relevant experience
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Experience in tele-calling or admin support is an added advantage
