Job Title: Admin Executive / Admin Assistant

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Location: Yeshwanthpura beside either showroom

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative tasks and support smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic admin experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.

Assist with documentation, filing, and maintaining records.

Support email communication, scheduling meetings, and calendar management.

Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, courier services, and logistics.

Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.

Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functioning smoothly.

Provide support to HR, Accounts, and other departments as needed.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

6 months to 1 year of experience in office administration.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
