Front Desk Management
Manage visitors by receiving, registering, and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Coordinate and monitor the receipt of goods and materials at the office premises.
Handle outward dispatch of materials and maintain related documentation and records.
Ensure office security compliance by verifying that all employees wear valid ID cards while on the premises.
Administrative Responsibilities
Coordinate preventive maintenance and servicing of office infrastructure and equipment through external vendors, including:
UPS Systems
Air Conditioning Units
Fire Alarm Systems
Sprinkler Systems
Fire Extinguishers
Schedule and oversee office pest control, carpet cleaning, and other facility maintenance activities.
Supervise third-party housekeeping staff to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment.
Liaise with building management for facility-related requirements, including:
Fire Drills
Form B Compliance Submissions
Electrical and Plumbing Maintenance
Manage and coordinate requirements of Senior Management, visitors, customers, and clients.
Maintain petty cash records and coordinate with the Accounts team for reimbursements, settlements, and documentation.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support as required.
