The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, maintaining records, and supporting management and staff in administrative and facility-related activities. The role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Oversee general office administration, maintenance, and housekeeping activities.
Manage office supplies, procurement of stationery, and vendor coordination.
Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees and visitors.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other administrative documentation.
Coordinate facility management, including repairs, maintenance, and security arrangements.
Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks such as documentation and filing.
Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and communication with external agencies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in implementing office procedures.
Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain records as required.
Handle front office and reception duties when required.
