Job Role:
The Office Administrator with Technician Skills will ensure smooth daily office operations while managing and maintaining office electronic equipment. This role involves hands-on electrical troubleshooting and repairs, coordinating with vendors for maintenance and supplies, and supporting administrative tasks. The candidate will also handle document delivery, banking errands, and drive company vehicles as needed, contributing to efficient office management and support across departments.
Requirements:
-The male candidate preferred
-Hands-on experience or skills as an electrical technician, capable of maintaining and troubleshooting electronic appliances and office equipment
-An ITI or Polytechnic qualification is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Document pickup and delivery from clients, vendors, and government offices
-Perform bank-related tasks like cheque deposits and cash withdrawals
-Coordinate with vendors for quotations, material delivery, and follow-ups
-Purchase and deliver office materials and equipment
-Filing, photocopying, and assisting with paperwork
-Operate company vehicles for official errands and travel
-Complete assigned admin tasks responsibly and with integrity
-Manage daily office operations smoothly
-Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair office electronic devices and equipment
-Liaise with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and supplies
-Minimum 12th pass or equivalent
-Valid driving license and ability to drive (advantageous)
-Good knowledge of city and highway routes
-Basic understanding of banking procedures
-Reliable, punctual, physically fit, and presentable
-Effective time management and multitasking abilities
