We are hiring 2 Female Admin Executives to manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative coordination. Preference will be given to married candidates, however, single candidates are also welcome to apply.

Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years
Job Location: City Light / Vesu, Surat
Job Timing:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM OR
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office activities and coordination
Handle calls, emails, and internal communication
Maintain records, files, and documents (physical & digital)
Perform data entry and basic reporting tasks
Coordinate with staff and management
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Polite, professional, and pleasant phone manner
Job Role Includes:

Education:
Minimum: 12th Pass
