We are looking for a Receptionist/Sales Executive to join our team at Omsorg Services Private Limited to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Conduct pre-qualifying staff interviews
Strong knowledge of computers
Proficient in Excel
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication. Must have strong hold of english and speak english well.
