Job Summary
Shivomay Tech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic Receptionist + Telecaller for our Vijay Nagar office. In this dual role, you will be the face and voice of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk to greet and guide visitors, handling incoming office inquiries, and making outbound telecalls to follow up with clients, manage leads, or support business coordination. This role is ideal for an energetic professional with excellent communication skills who can multitask effectively between customer interaction and phone-based support to drive performance incentives
Key Responsibilities (KRA - Key Result Areas)
Front Desk & Visitor Management: Greet visitors, clients, and candidates warmly; ensure they are directed to the right person or department.
Call & Communication Management: Handle incoming phone calls, answer general inquiries, and route calls efficiently while maintaining professional telephone etiquette.
Administrative Support: Maintain office cleanliness at the front desk, manage incoming/outgoing couriers, and maintain visitor logs.
Incentive-Linked Tasks: Assist the team with basic data entry, coordinate client follow-ups, or support basic lead management (eligibility for monthly performance incentives).
Qualifications & Skills
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream).
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
Languages: Good command over Hindi and local language communication; basic knowledge of English is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, and email handling).
Personal Attributes: Pleasant personality, punctual, and strong interpersonal skills.
