We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Ramdev Agencies team for administrative tasks as well as coordination & customer handling. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the showroom. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail, Data sheets and phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of 10000 to 15000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are handled correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Coordinate, receive, sort, and distribute daily office schedule, Meetings and deliveries.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is graduate or Diploma holder. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel & word with basic knowledge of English & computers, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and have good written and verbal communication.
