Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required
Provide basic information about the company to clients and guests
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Coordinate with different departments for visitor meetings
Requirements
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and customer service attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
