Job Summary:
Spectrum Physio Centre is looking for a Patient Relationship Executive – Front Office who will be responsible for managing patient interactions, front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. The role involves welcoming patients, handling appointments, coordinating with physiotherapists, and maintaining strong patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients at the front office.
Manage patient appointments, calls, and follow-ups.
Maintain patient records and update details in the system.
Handle patient queries and provide service information.
Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team for smooth patient flow.
Support patient satisfaction, feedback collection, and relationship building.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
