We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in front office or reception management.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules.
Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and operational support.
Handle incoming couriers, emails, and office correspondence.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with general office administration and documentation.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Front Office Executive, or Admin Executive.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities efficiently
