About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily tasks and coordinate activities efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills (Hindi & English), strong organizational abilities, and a professional attitude. You will be assisting in scheduling, communication handling, documentation, and general office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
• Handle official communication – calls, emails, and messages
• Prepare and maintain documents, notes, and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist in travel planning, follow-ups, and reminders
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support management in administrative and personal tasks
Required Skills:
• Graduate (any stream) – mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken & written)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email drafting)
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and under deadlines
