1–2 Years (Sales / Customer Service / Front Desk)

⏰ Shift Timings

🌅 Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

🌙 Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

🎯 Your Role

As a Front Desk Representative, you’ll be the face of the gym — welcoming members, handling inquiries, and helping convert visitors into loyal fitness enthusiasts.

✔️ Welcome members & walk-in visitors warmly

✔️ Maintain a professional front desk presence

💰 Sales & Membership Conversion

✔️ Explain membership plans, offers & benefits

✔️ Convert walk-ins into active memberships

✔️ Achieve daily/monthly sales targets

🤝 Member Support

✔️ Resolve member queries & concerns efficiently

✔️ Ensure smooth onboarding for new members

✔️ Conduct follow-ups with prospects & existing members

🖥️ Administrative Work

✔️ Manage check-ins & payment records

✔️ Update CRM & maintain Excel reports

✔️ Handle daily operational reporting

🧼 Facility Coordination

✔️ Ensure front desk cleanliness & hygiene

✔️ Coordinate with trainers & support staff

✅ What We’re Looking For

🎓 1–2 years experience in Sales / Front Desk / Insurance Sales

🗣️ Strong communication & convincing skills

💻 Basic knowledge of Excel & CRM software

✨ Presentable, confident & energetic personality

🏋️ Interest in fitness industry preferred

💸 Salary & Benefits

💰 ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
