Key Responsibilities
Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and follow-ups.
Maintain a professional, presentable, and well-groomed appearance.
Coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents.
Maintain confidential documents, records, and important information.
Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and itineraries.
Track pending tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups for the executive.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Handle both official and personal administrative requirements of the executive without hesitation.
Prepare Excel trackers, MIS reports, and other administrative reports.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Support senior management in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
