Role Overview
The Showroom Admin is the first point of contact at the HomeLane Experience Centre and is responsible for smooth day-to-day showroom operations. This role focuses on customer experience, administrative support, audit readiness, and basic facility management
Responsibilities
Greet walk-in customers and ensure a professional first impression
Register customer visits and manage appointments
Coordinate with designers and sales teams
Maintain showroom ambience and customer comfort
Administrative Support
Maintain visitor logs, attendance, and internal records
Handle basic documentation, filing, and data entry
Support expense tracking and internal reporting, Audit & Compliance
Maintain registers and checklists as per SOPs
Support internal audits with required documentation
Facility & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate housekeeping, security, and maintenance vendors
Raise service requests and monitor closures
Manage pantry, stationery, and showroom supplies
