Administration
Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, answer calls, handle inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment.
Maintain and update student records, attendance, and course-related documentation.
Handle office correspondence, emails, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and management for smooth scheduling of classes and events.
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the office premises.
Counseling & Student Coordination
Counsel students and parents about various IT training courses, career paths, and enrollment procedures.
Understand students’ requirements and guide them to choose suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Provide regular updates to students regarding class schedules, assessments, and placement assistance.
Assist in organizing career workshops, orientation programs, and student engagement activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pleasing personality with a positive attitude.
Ability to counsel and guide students effectively.
Graduation is mandatory (any discipline – BA/B.Com/BBA or equivalent).
0–5 years of experience in administration, counseling, or front office roles.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
