Ensure timely submission of Reports, Invoices to the clients. Coordinate with internal teams to align field activities. Provide training and guidance to new staff to service quality. Handle client queries regarding file or collection with appropriate solution. Maintain accurate records of field operations, including expenses and client interactions.Desired Candidate Profile 12th Pass or Graduate. Previous experience in a similar field or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in using basic computer applications (not mandatory). Flexibility to travel frequently to different locations. Valid driver's license (not mandatory).
