Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, reception, classrooms, pantry, and common areas.
Open and close the office as per assigned timings, when required.
Arrange classrooms, chairs, tables, and other items before and after training batches.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, trainers, students, and visitors when required.
Assist with printing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic document movement.
Handle internal delivery and collection of documents, letters, and other office materials.
Purchase or collect basic office supplies and stationery as instructed.
Ensure adequate availability of drinking water, stationery, cleaning materials, and other daily-use items.
Assist the Admin/HR team with routine office work and errands.
Support staff during meetings, events, seminars, and student activities.
Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or shortages to the Admin/HR Manager immediately.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, cleanliness, and professional behaviour at the workplace.
Perform other office-support duties assigned by the management.
