We are looking for a skilled Painter with experience in Powder Coating and Liquid Painting processes. The candidate should be capable of preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and degreasing before painting.

- Apply powder coating and liquid paint as per production requirements.

- Operate and maintain painting equipment, spray guns, and powder coating systems.

- Ensure uniform coating thickness and high-quality surface finish.

- Inspect painted parts for defects and perform touch-ups or rework when required.

- Follow quality standards, work instructions, and production schedules.

- Maintain cleanliness of the painting area and equipment.

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE during operations.

Required Qualifications:

- ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred).

- 2–5 years of experience in Powder Coating and Liquid Painting.

- Good knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, and coating techniques.

- Familiarity with painting equipment and quality inspection methods.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Attention to detail and quality.

- Basic knowledge of painting defects and troubleshooting.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
