Position: Painter

Job Responsibilities:
* Carry out interior and exterior painting works for residential construction projects.
* Surface preparation including putty application, sanding, primer coating, and final painting.
* Apply emulsion, enamel, texture, and other paint finishes as per project requirements.
* Ensure smooth finish, neat workmanship, and proper material handling.
* Coordinate with site engineers and other workers for timely completion of work.
Requirements:
* Experience in residential painting works.
* Knowledge of surface preparation, putty work, priming, and painting techniques.
* Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.
