Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist painter in vehicle painting and refinishing work
Perform surface preparation (sanding, rubbing, putty work, cleaning)
Mask vehicle parts before painting
Mix paint materials under supervision
Support in spray painting activities
Clean and maintain paint booth, tools, and equipment
Ensure proper handling of paints, thinners, and chemicals
Follow safety procedures and use PPE (mask, gloves, etc.)
Assist in polishing and finishing work after painting

Basic knowledge of painting process (automobile)
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Attention to detail for surface finish
Physically fit for workshop environment
Teamwork and discipline
