■ About the Role

Sparrow Shopfits is hiring skilled Interior Finishing Painters for retail stores, commercial interiors, kiosks, experience centres, restaurants, and turnkey fit-out projects across India.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in putty work, primer application, painting, texture finishes, touch-up work, and interior finishing activities.

■ Key Responsibilities

• Surface preparation including putty, sanding, and primer application
• Interior painting and finishing works
• Texture, emulsion, enamel, and decorative paint application
• Colour matching and finish correction
• Touch-up work, snag rectification, and handover finishing
• Maintaining quality standards and timely completion of work
• Coordination with site engineers and project teams

■ Qualification

• Relevant painting experience preferred
• Candidates with practical site experience may also apply

■ Experience Required

• 2–5 Years Preferred
• Experience in Retail Fit-Out / Commercial Interior Projects Preferred

■ Skills Required

• Putty & Surface Preparation
• Primer & Paint Application
• Texture Finishing
• Colour Matching
• Snag Rectification & Handover Finishing
