Staff Nurse

We are looking for a staff nurse to join our team at Serve U Better to provide quality training to nursing students and caregiving candidates. The ideal candidate will be a tenured nursing professional with strong clinical expertise and a passion for teaching and mentoring. This role involves delivering structured training programs and guiding nursing interns and caregiving staff to ensure high standards of patient care. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 for a part-time role (3 hours per day for 5 days a week, which may include Saturdays).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for nursing staff and caregiving candidates 5 days a week

• Develop and implement training modules, SOPs, and skill-based learning programs

• Assess and evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback

• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety, and quality standards

• Mentor junior nurses, interns, and caregiving candidates and support their professional development

• Stay updated with the latest healthcare practices and integrate them into training

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing / GNM)

• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting

• Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring nurses is highly preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to simplify complex medical concepts for effective learning

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in nursing education or training (added advantage)

• Leadership and team management abilities

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
