Position: Home Care Nurse

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Location : Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Shift: Morning Shift/ Night Shift (12hrs)

Shift Timings: (08.00 am - 08.00 pm) / (08.00 pm - 08.00 am)

Job Summary:

The Home Care Nurse provides compassionate, professional nursing care to patients in our homes, monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and supporting patients and families. The role involves close collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure quality, safe, and personalized patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health, develop, and update individualized care plans.

• Administer medications, treatments, and specialized care (e.g., wound care).

• Follow healthcare regulations and safety protocols.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and report changes in health.

• Coordinate with healthcare providers to support holistic care.

• Handle medical emergencies and coordinate necessary services.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN)/GNM

• Experience: 4 - 6 Preferred experience in home care or similar settings.

• Skills: Clinical expertise, strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work independently.

Work Environment:

• The role requires travel to patient homes, often within a designated area or region.

• May involve working with patients of varying physical and emotional needs.

· Preferring NURSE able to speak KANNADA /TAMIL
. OFFICIAL MOBILE WILL BE GIVEN FOR EVERY HOUR UPDATE
