Role Overview 

As a Medical Representative at Mardamed, you will be the face of our brand in the field — building lasting relationships with medical professionals, promoting our portfolio of medical products and services, and contributing directly to our mission of improving healthcare delivery. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Promote and market Mardamed's products and services to doctors, clinicians, and healthcare professionals. 

• Meet a minimum of 12 healthcare professionals daily, fostering strong and trust-based relationships. 

• Execute promotional activities and campaigns. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily call reports, doctor databases, and activity logs. 

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, reporting insights to support strategic decision-making. 

• Ensure prompt and professional service to patients and healthcare partners, including timely follow-through on queries and commitments. 

• Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors to gather feedback on Mardamed's products and services. 

• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to communicate field requirements and identify opportunities for business growth. 

Required Qualifications 

• Any graduate (Science background preferred but not mandatory). 

• Prior experience in medical, pharma, or diagnostic marketing is an advantage. 

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. 

• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and willingness to work in the field. 

• Basic proficiency in maintaining reports and documentation.
