Key Responsibilities:
Monitor live CCTV camera footage of all office areas on a regular basis.
Keep a close watch on employee movement, visitor entries/exits, and sensitive operational zones.
Identify and report any suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized activities immediately to the concerned authority.
Maintain daily CCTV monitoring logs and incident reports.
Assist management in retrieving CCTV footage whenever required for verification/investigation.
Coordinate with Admin team regarding any safety or disciplinary concerns noticed during surveillance.
Ensure all CCTV systems/screens are functioning properly and inform technical team in case of any malfunction.
Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance information and recordings.
Support in basic office security documentation as assigned.
