Job Description

Rivatech Engineers Private Limited is looking for a Gas Calibration & Service Engineer to join our service team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, calibration, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fixed and portable gas detection systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of gas detection systems.

• Calibration of fixed and portable gas detectors.

• Sensor replacement, testing, and preventive maintenance.

• Troubleshooting and servicing of gas detectors and control panels.

• Site visits for maintenance, breakdown support, and annual calibration.

• Preparation of service reports after every visit.

• Coordination with customers for scheduled service activities.

• Follow all safety standards while working at customer sites.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of gas detectors and gas calibration.

• Understanding of gas detector sensors (O₂, LEL, H₂S, CO, NH₃, VOC, etc.).

• Knowledge of electrical wiring and instrumentation.

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel for customer site visits.

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
