Key Responsibilities
· Denting work – Repair dents, damaged panels, and body structures of trucks and buses.
· Painting work – Mix, match, and apply paints using spray guns and other tools.
· Surface preparation – Sanding, priming, and masking before painting.
· Finishing & detailing – Ensure smooth finish, polish, and quality standards.
· Safety compliance – Follow workshop safety rules and use protective equipment.
· Team collaboration – Work with mechanics and supervisors to meet deadlines.
Requirements
· 2–4 years of experience in denting and painting for commercial vehicles.
· Knowledge of body repair techniques, paint mixing, and spray painting.
· Ability to use denting and painting tools safely.
· Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
· ITI / vocational training in automobile body repair or painting preferred.
· Good teamwork and time management skills.
Work Environment
· Workshop / body shop setting with heavy commercial vehicles.
· Fast-paced environment requiring physical strength and precision.
· Exposure to paints, chemicals, and machinery – safety gear mandatory.
