Job Purpose:
To inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain two-wheelers efficiently while ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform servicing and repairs of two-wheelers.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.
Carry out engine, brake, clutch, suspension, and transmission repairs.
Perform oil changes, periodic maintenance, and general inspections.
Identify faulty parts and recommend replacements.
Ensure vehicles are repaired within the specified time.
Follow workshop safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain proper tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Support the service team in handling customer complaints and technical issues.
