2-wheeler Mechanic

We are looking for a Two wheeler mechanic to join our team Yulu pvt Ltd company to assemble, maintain and repair and two wheeler vehicle Servicing. In this role, you will make sure that mechanic job role knowledge work properly and run smoothly. The position offers an growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance

• Conduct regular routine inspections and preventative maintenance of Yulu electric bikes and scooters.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system issues accurately to determine necessary repairs. Apna

• Perform mechanical repairs including brakes, wheels, chains, drives, and suspension.

• Handle electrical components such as battery systems, wiring, controllers, sensors, and motors.

• Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and safety protocols.

• Perform safety checks and quality assurance before returning vehicles to service.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly.

4. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate service logs, repair history, and part usage records.

• Record all diagnostics, maintenance actions, and replacement parts.

5. Customer & Field Coordination

• Communicate repair progress and time estimates clearly to operations staff or users who bring vehicles in.

• Support the field team by preparing vehicles for deployment or returning them to work condition.

• 6. Workshop & Safety Standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.

• Adhere to safety guidelines while handling tools, batteries, and other vehicle components.

✔ Knowledge of two-wheeler and electric vehicle mechanics
✔ Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical/electrical faults
