We are looking for a skilled and responsible Two Wheeler Service Technician who can handle servicing, maintenance, and repair of motorcycles and scooters. The candidate should have good knowledge of engine repair, electrical systems, and general maintenance and Key Roles & Responsibilities
1️⃣ Servicing & Maintenance
Perform regular servicing of two-wheelers (engine oil change, filter cleaning, brake adjustment, clutch adjustment).
Check and maintain tyre pressure, chain adjustment, and lubrication.
Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
2️⃣ Repair & Troubleshooting
Diagnose engine issues and mechanical faults.
Repair or replace defective parts (spark plug, clutch plates, brake pads, cables, etc.).
Handle electrical repairs (battery, wiring, headlight, indicators).
Identify noise, vibration, and performance issues.
3️⃣ EV Bike Knowledge (If Applicable)
Basic knowledge of electric two-wheelers.
Battery inspection and controller checking.
Motor troubleshooting (preferred).
4️⃣ Workshop Management
Maintain tools and equipment properly.
Keep workshop area clean and organized.
Follow safety guidelines while working.
Update service records and job cards.
5️⃣ Customer Handling
Explain repair issues to customers clearly.
Suggest required spare parts replacement.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
🛠 Required Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge of two-wheelers.
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to use workshop tools properly.
Problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills.
🎯 Preferred Skills
Experience in EV bikes.
Experience in fleet or rental bikes.
Basic computer knowledge for service entry.
