Job Description – SEO Executive (1–3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven SEO Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to improve organic search rankings and drive quality traffic.

Key Responsibilities

Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Plan and execute on-page SEO optimization for websites and blogs.
Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, and site performance issues.
Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and website structure.
Develop and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools.
Track keyword rankings, traffic, and SEO KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
Work closely with content writers and developers to implement SEO best practices.
Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry trends.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in SEO.
Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
Good understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience working on multiple websites or SEO projects.
Familiarity with AI-assisted SEO workflows and content optimization is an added advantage.
