Job Responsibilities
Manage seller accounts on Amazon and Myntra.
Create and optimize product listings with titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
Upload new products and maintain catalog accuracy.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates.
Manage pricing, promotions, coupons, and marketplace campaigns.
Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
Monitor account health and ensure marketplace compliance.
Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies to increase sales.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
Work on improving product visibility and conversion rates.
Required Skills
Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Myntra Partner Portal.
Good understanding of product listing and catalog management.
Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
Understanding of marketplace advertising is an advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or retail.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
