SEO Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Search Engine Operations Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and search engine operations. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of all types of SEO, including White Hat, Grey Hat, and Black Hat SEO techniques, along with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, website optimization, and ranking strategies.

The candidate should be capable of independently managing SEO projects like Travel Websites, driving In a Day traffic, and improving search number rankings through effective optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end SEO campaigns

● Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.

● Optimize websites using On-Page SEO best practices.

● Execute Off-Page SEO activities, including backlink building and authority development.

● Perform Technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.

● Optimize website speed, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.

● Manage Local SEO campaigns and Google Business Profile optimization.

● Execute International SEO strategies where required.

● Perform Mobile SEO optimization.

● Conduct content optimization and internal linking strategies.

● Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance.

● Track and analyze SEO metrics using industry-standard tools.

● Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.

● Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to improve website performance.

Required Skills

● 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO and Search Engine Operations.

● Strong knowledge of:

o On-Page SEO

o Off-Page SEO

o Technical SEO

o All Type of SEO

o Local SEO

o Mobile SEO

o International SEO

o E-commerce SEO

o Enterprise SEO (preferred)

● Practical experience with White Hat, Grey Hat, and Black Hat SEO techniques.

● Strong understanding of search engine ranking factors and indexing.

● Hands-on experience with link-building strategies and backlink analysis.

● Experience in website audits and SEO troubleshooting.

● Knowledge of schema markup, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, and structured data.

● Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an advantage.

Tools & Platforms

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

● Google Search Console

● Google Analytics (GA4)

● Ahrefs

● SEMrush

● Screaming Frog

● Moz

● Google Keyword Planner

● Bing Webmaster Tools

● SEOquake or similar SEO extensions

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good communication and reporting abilities.

● Ability to work independently and achieve SEO targets.

● Willingness to learn and adapt to changing search engine algorithms.

● Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
