💼 Job Role: Performance Marketing Executive
📌 Experience: 6 Months – 2Year
Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Develop effective strategies to generate quality leads and increase conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure efficient utilization of advertising budgets.
Analyze marketing data to improve campaign results and achieve business objectives.
Perform audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Track important metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
Prepare regular reports and suggest improvements based on campaign insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in performance marketing.
Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Understanding of paid campaigns, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with campaign tracking and digital marketing analytics.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
