Operation Manager

The Operations & Coordination Executive will support the GEM, Ecommerce, and B2B sales divisions by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups, and executing routine operational tasks. The role is primarily execution- and coordination-focused, with regular escalations to the Executive Director where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, production, dispatch) to ensure smooth order execution

• Follow up with external stakeholders including customers, platforms, and service partners

• Track orders, documentation, and pending actions across GEM, Ecommerce, and B2B channels

• Prepare and circulate routine commercial documents such as quotations, order confirmations, and status updates

• Maintain basic trackers and MIS for orders, follow-ups, and escalations

• Identify delays, issues, or dependencies and escalate them in a timely manner to the Executive Director

• Assist with small operational and administrative tasks as delegated from time to time

Skills & Attributes

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Clear and professional communication (email, phone, WhatsApp)

• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

• Organized, dependable, and process-oriented

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, promoter-driven environment

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or a similar support role

• Exposure to GEM, ecommerce platforms, or B2B sales processes is preferred but not mandatory
