Job Description

The job of a Business Development Executive (BDE) involves finding new business opportunities for the company , connecting with potential customers (leads), building strong customer relationships, and increasing the company's revenue and growth . Part of the sales and marketing team, they are responsible for finding new leads, conducting meetings, negotiating contracts, and working on the company's growth strategies. This role often involves travel and requires strong communication and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Finding new customers and business opportunities.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
Sales Support: Working closely with the sales team and building sales funnels (pipelines).
Growth Strategy: Creating and implementing new strategies for the growth of the company.
Negotiation : Negotiating contracts and deals.
Travel: Traveling to meet with clients (frequently).
