Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.

• Meet prospective clients and present company services effectively.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and service-related coordination.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Marketing & Promotion

• Actively participate in marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.

• Create and share promotional content (social media posts, brochures, WhatsApp creatives, etc.).

• Develop marketing strategies to increase reach and brand awareness.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.

• Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Provide competitor analysis and market insights.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media marketing.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
