Marketing Executive – Rasoi Xpress & VegCrop

VegCrop is building the future of healthy convenience food through brands like Rasoi Xpress, Veginatural, Paratha Xpress, and Bites & Delights.

We are looking for an energetic, field-oriented, and execution-focused Marketing Executive who can actively implement marketing strategies on the ground and help expand Rasoi Xpress business across offices, housing societies, and local communities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Execution & Consumer Engagement

• Execute VegCrop’s marketing plans and promotional activities.

• Conduct live food tasting demos for Rasoi Xpress meals and VegCrop frozen products.

• Organize weekday office promotions and weekend housing society activations.

• Interact directly with consumers and explain product benefits, convenience, and taste.

• Generate customer engagement through sampling, conversations, and feedback collection.

2. Office & Corporate Promotions

• Visit offices and corporate parks in Thane and nearby areas.

• Coordinate and conduct lunch-time demos of Rasoi Xpress meals.

• Build relationships with HR teams, office admins, and employee groups for promotional activities.

• Promote catering solutions for office events and meetings.

3. Home Party & Catering Lead Development

• Identify customers interested in home party catering services.

• Invite potential customers to VegCrop demo center for product tasting and confidence-building sessions.

• Assist in converting tasting leads into catering and repeat business opportunities.

4. Housing Society Promotions

• Plan and conduct weekend society activations and promotional events.

• Coordinate sampling counters, product displays, banners, and engagement activities.

• Educate consumers about frozen food convenience, hygiene, and healthy ready-to-eat solutions.

5. Social Media & Marketing Analysis

• Analyze performance of social media posts, reels, and engagement activities.

• Track customer responses, trending content, and campaign effectiveness.

• Share market insights and consumer feedback with management for better campaign planning.

• Support content creation ideas from field-level consumer interactions.

6. Agency & Team Coordination

• Coordinate with promoter management agencies and promotional staff.

• Ensure proper execution of demos, branding, uniforms, and product displays.

• Maintain activity reports, photos, videos, and lead records from promotions.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic personality with confidence in interacting with consumers.

• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, reels, and social media engagement.

• Ability to travel locally within Thane and Mumbai.

• Strong execution and coordination skills.

• Passion for food, marketing, and consumer engagement.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in FMCG, food products, retail promotions, or event marketing preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm can also apply.
